Q: What is ASCII art?
A: ASCII art is any kind of artwork -- pictures, charts, cartoons, whatever -- drawn with the characters in the ASCII character set.
The ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) character set is a set of 128 characters (0 to 127) which are standard on almost all types of computer. The only characters used in ASCII art are those with the values 32 to 126, and 13, which represents a carriage return (new line). The other characters in the ASCII character set (0-12, 13-31, and 127) are control codes for representing things such as `end of file' and `backspace'; they should not be used in ASCII art.

Q: What is the system requirement?
A: You will need a Pentium 100 PC or higher, 16MB RAM or more. The operating system should be Windows 98, Windows 2000 or Windows NT 4.0. Windows 98 system needs to install mdac (Microsoft Data Access Components) first. Windows 2000 is the recommended system.

Q: When I clicked on "Copy to ICQ", an error is received, why?
A: First, download the latest ICQ ChatCraft version from this site or some other download sites and see if the problem persists. If it does, then please download the latest ICQ version and try again. If it still does, please send the specs for the computer it was run to me.

Q: I copy the ASCII art to ICQ, but the art looks skewed, Why?
A: Because it's rendered whith a improper font. Please select font "Courier new" or font "Lucida Console".

A: After sending the online order form. Then, within 36 hours, you will receive an email with your registration name, code, and instructions to get started!
